rxTools
This is the current version of rxTools from official branch (there is only really one small pull request in this fork not merged yet with official branch and that's just for a change to gitignore which doesn't impact the compiled code) Note that official release of 3.0 will eventually have n3DS support. Thus this will be labeled a pre-release and will not reflect the features that the final version on the main branch will have. This version does NOT work on n3DS!
